Asking Guys Questions that Girls are too Afraid to Ask (High School Edition)

Image
Hey, y'all! I have seen this trend going around on YouTube and wanted to try it out on a blog and honestly wanted to hear what the guys I know would say. I surveyed a few girls and got them to each send me a few questions that they wanted me to ask some guys (actually a lot of guys helped with this...). Please keep in mind that these are younger guys and they might have interesting  answers, so please don't take these too personally 😂. Thanks to everyone who helped with this article!  Can a guy and a girl just be friends?  -Totally! You can be friends. No guy is gonna make fun of another guy for having a girl friend unless he ditched his guy friends for her.  How does a guy act around someone he likes?  -I just hang around them more and try to express interest in the topics they are interested in. If you don’t respond to a text message, are you still interested? -Yeah. I could just be too nervous to respond, or I could be busy. How often have you looked at

Bullet Journal Habit Tracker Ideas

Image
Hey, y'all! I have found that there are many benefits to including habit trackers in your bullet journaling. I have found that it is so much easier for me to create new habits, and to keep up with old ones as well if I have a daily reminder to do them every time I open my bullet journal. You can include so many different habits with these and really make it yours. For the first part of this article, I have compiled a list of habit tracker ideas to include in your bullet journal.  skincare routine 8 hours of sleep workout  eat healthily no soda drink 8 cups of water wake up early read Bible sketch fill out mood tracker  go outside pray take vitamins mental health check cleanse face eat breakfast take a walk calling a specific person (mom, grandmother, etc.)  fill out gratitude tracker tidy up me-time quiet time with God eat fruit shampoo condition  For the latter half of this article, I would like to share some habit tracker layout ideas. Here are a f

How the 16 types view the INFJ

Image
Hey, y'all! This is the final post in my series about how I feel about the individual types as an INFJ. This has been a really fun series and I am a little sad to see it end. I have been working on this post in particular for a while and I am really excited that I can share it with you all now. I asked one or two people with each type about their thoughts on the INFJ and got them all to write a short paragraph for you containing their opinions. If you haven't seen my article on your type, feel free to find it  here .  Some of these people know a lot about typology, whereas some of them hadn't really heard about Myers- Briggs before. For the latter, I gave them examples of INFJs that they knew and asked them to talk about the things they like and dislike about those people simultaneously. I just want to say thank you to all of you that participated in this. 😊 INTJ Because infjs are one of the rarer types, I don't know many. However, I think they make great frie

How I Feel About the ESTP (as an INFJ)

Image
Hey guys! Today I will be discussing the ESTP personality type. Their congnative functions are Se, Ti, Fe, Ni, which are in the exact opposite order of mine. They are known for being competitive risk takers who enjoy a challenge. Here are two things I admire about the ESTP: 1. They are very sociable. Although they this can cause ESTPs to be very energy draining in my opinion, I still greatly admire them for this quality. They are able to easily interact with the all of the people around them. 2. They have a ton of energy. This is one thing I think we could all take from the ESTP. They are always bubbling over with excitment and seem to endless amounts of energy. I honestly wish I could have half of the energy they do. 😂 The ESTP qualities that I am not a fan of 1. They live compleatly in the present.  This is where their dominant Se comes in. They are compleatly focused on the NOW. Sometimes I really wish that they would focus more on the future, as it cou

The Bullet Journal Spreads that I Actually Use

Image
Hey y'all! I wanted to share with you guys a list of the bullet journal spreads I use monthly. These spreads are the ones that I have found that help me personally. It took me a while to see which ones I actually need, but now that I have it figured out, my bullet journal is a life saver. If you are new to bullet journaling or handlettering, check out my article about handlettering tips  here. The first spread I do every month is a quote on the left hand page. Here is a really simple one I did about two years ago:  The second spread, which I put on the right page is the title spread. I simply write out the name of the month and doodle drawnings that fit that months theme aroud it.  This was the cover spread for the month of October back in 2019. I chose the theme of pumpkins for this month.  The next spread in my bullet journal takes up two pages, which is a calender/monthly overview. I usually include a spot for my prayer requests on the left hand side as well.

How I Feel About the ISTJ (as an INFJ)

Hey y'all! I hope that your day is going well. Today I will be discussing the ISTJ. I knwo a lot of these 😊. Now, I am really excited for this one due to the fact this is my father's supposed type, but that also makes me kind of nervous becuase he reads these posts 😂. I tend to get along well with the ISTJ type, and I really enjoy spending time with them. Here are two things I admire about this type: 1. They are good at a little bit of everything. This type seems to tend to be a "jack of all trades." I know that the ISTJs I know personally seem to know how to do EVERYTHING. If I need help with something random, I'll go to an ISTJ. They will certainly have some experiance fixing the said issue 😂. 2. They never give up. ISTJs always seem to perserve. They have a naturally strong will. This can be a great thing, especially in projects and in a career. I feel like my dad is a great example of this. He is one of the most determined people I have ever met.

6 Handlettering Tips

Image
Hey y'all! I wanted to take some time to give you all some tips for your handletting. I have personally come pretty far in my journey with this. I first began hand lettering when I began bullet journaling a while ago. Here are a few pictures that show my progression throughout the years: * sorry about the camera quality* Looking back on my first few monthy spreads, I can just say that they were rough 😂. I'm still not fantastic at it, but I wanted to give you some tips for improving your handlettering skills. Here are a few: 1. Don't stiffen up your wrist or hand. I feel like this one is sort of a given, but it makes a big differance. If you loosen up your wrist and write more freely, you will notice a large differance in your lettering. Your writing will look much less rigid and will appear to flow more freely. Basically, don't bare down too hard. 😂 2. Feel free to do it in pencil first! Even if you aren't a beginner, this is a great thing
