Bullet Journal Habit Tracker Ideas

Hey, y'all! I have found that there are many benefits to including habit trackers in your bullet journaling. I have found that it is so much easier for me to create new habits, and to keep up with old ones as well if I have a daily reminder to do them every time I open my bullet journal. You can include so many different habits with these and really make it yours. For the first part of this article, I have compiled a list of habit tracker ideas to include in your bullet journal. 

  • skincare routine
  • 8 hours of sleep
  • workout 
  • eat healthily
  • no soda
  • drink 8 cups of water
  • wake up early
  • read Bible
  • sketch
  • fill out mood tracker 
  • go outside
  • pray
  • take vitamins
  • mental health check
  • cleanse face
  • eat breakfast
  • take a walk
  • calling a specific person (mom, grandmother, etc.) 
  • fill out gratitude tracker
  • tidy up
  • me-time
  • quiet time with God
  • eat fruit
  • shampoo
  • condition
