How I Feel About the INTJ (as an INFJ)

Hey y'all! Sorry I have been falling behind latley with my posting. I know that I have been very inconsistant and I am sorry for that. I just got my laptop back, as it has been broken.  Today I will be discussing the INTJ. I am close to two INTJs, one of which is my cousin and the other being one of my teachers. I very much enjoy INTJs. I tend to get along with them pretty well, most likely being because they are introverted intuitives. I tend to gravitate towards that personality group. As an INFJ, I share my main cognitive function with this type, which is Ni, or introverted intuition. I personally enjoy being around this type very much and appreciate having them in my life. Here are a few things I like about the INTJ. 1. They tend to have a small group of close friends.  The INTJs I know tend to keep to themselves. When they are not alone, they are with a very small group of people. They don't seem to feel the need to bother with all of the other people around them, e...

MBTI Types as your Relatives on Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving! Sorry I didn't post last week. I am recovering from both bronchitis and strep right now. In honor on Thanksgiving, I decided to compile this stereotypical list if what I think every Myers-Briggs type is like at large family gatherings on the Thanksgiving holiday. My family has a humongous get-together on this holiday (and many others), so I thought that this would be a funny way of incorporating such a tradition into my blog. Without further ado, here are the stereotyped Myers-Briggs personality types as your relatives on Thanksgiving. INTJ- the cousin that finds a secluded place to read their book or play on their phone far away from the noise and ruckus.  ENTJ- uncle that gets into a heated political debate with ENTP. ENTP-  the bald uncle that starts the heated political debate with ENTJ. INTP- sits and watches the debate and occasionally points out how they are both wrong.  INFJ- the quiet cousin that hangs out with the adults a...

My thoughts on the ENFP (as an INFJ)

Hey y'all! Today I will be talking about the ENFP personality. I personally know quite a few ENFPs, as they make up 8% percent of the population. In fact, there is an ENFP sitting right in front of me as I write this 😂. They are very sweet and energetic people. Here are a couple of things I like about ENFPs.  1. They are very energetic and charismatic.  Enfps are very energetic. They always seem to be very spirited and lively . They are animated in their expressions and always seem to have something to say. Enfps always seem to be happy about something and seem to look for the positive in all situations. They are very friendly and outgoing, and they never meet a stranger.  2. They are imaginative.   Enfps are great at solving problems. They tend to be very creative also. They use the most creative solutions to solve problems in their everyday lives.  Things that bother me about the ENFP. 1. They are HIGHLY emotional.  ENFPs are very e...

Exert From the Book I'm Writing (aka, NaNoWriMo is Going to Kill Me 😂)

Hey y'all! I decided that I would take a break from my usual series to give you a taste of what I have been doing this week. I am taking part in National Novel Writing Month, aka NaNoWriMo. If you do not know what NaNoWriMo is, it is basically a writing challenge in the month of November. The objective is to write 50,000 words in the 30 days of November. Today is the seventh day of this. You are supposed to write at least 1,667 words of your novel every day. Now, for the past 6 days, I have gone above the daily word-count goal, but I am still a couple of hundred words behind, due to a blunder of mine on the first day. On November 1st, I procrastinated (great way to start off lol) and ran out of time. I only wrote 169 words that day. That was probably the worst way to start off my first year of this challenge 😂. I am catching up, and I should actually get ahead of my goal by the 15th or so (unless I make another mistake haha).  All the while, I have been extremely busy this we...

Happy Halloween! Today I will be taking a break from my regular series and giving you all a spooktacular Halloween Special. This begins the time of year where we all give up on diets and eating correctly and indulge into the sweet and unhealthy bliss that comes with the holiday seasons. So why not bring the culprit of our endeavors into the picture, candy? Have you ever wondered what candy you might be? Well that is what I am here to tell you! Whether you are an INTP or an ESFJ, I am here to figure out the most important thing you will ever find out, What type of candy is your MBTI type? 😂 INTJ- Sour Patch  INTP- Nerds ENTJ- Whopper ENTP-  Snickers INFJ- Tootsie Pops INFP- Starbursts ENFJ- Mints ENFP- Pop Rocks ISTJ- Gobstopper  ISFJ- Butterfinger ESTJ- Licorice  ESFJ- Conversation Hearts  ISTP- Salt Water Taffy  ISFP- Skittles ESTP- Milk Duds ESFP- Airheads My INFP best friend and I came up with these based on the people...

How I feel about the ISFJ (as an INFJ)

Good Morning y'all! Today I will be elaborating on the ISFJ personality. I only know a few, which is strange because they make up 14% of the population! I think that this is a really cool type. We both have auxiliary Fe and tertiary Ti. I am excited to get to talk about them right now. Here are a couple of reasons I like the ISFJ.   1. They are hard working. ISFJs work hard at everything they do. They are very determined people. Because they are SERIOUS perfectionists, they work hard to make everything perfect in their eyes, which can sometimes backfire on them.  2.They are enthusiastic. The most optimistic person I know is an ISFJ. She is very bubbly and hyper and is just an all around a bright person. She believes she is a pessimist, and she could easily be one, but she certainly portrays herself as an optimist.   Things that bother me about the ISFJ.  (Now to my ISFJs reading this, please please PLEASE, do not take this personally. These are not base...

How I feel about the ISFP (as an INFJ)

Hey Guys! Happy Thursday! Today I will be talking about the ISFP personality type. One of my best friends is an ISFP, so I am really excited to write about them. They are very sweet people and I absolutely love them! Here are a few things I love about the ISFP. 1. They are genuinely nice people.  Both ISFPs I know are honestly some of the sweetest people ever.  If they have something mean to say, they usually won't say it. They are constantly thinking of making others happy, but they aren't over bearing about it.   2. They are practical. ISFPs tend to be very practical. They tend to be more concerned about the real- world impact of things and problems. They don't have time to sit there and ponder over theories. I need my ISFP friends to ground me sometimes 😂😂. What bothers me about ISFPs (let me just say, this section was really difficult to come up with 😂) 1. They hold grudges. Lots and lots of grudges. The two ISFPs I know tend to hold lots of g...

How I Feel About the ESTJ (as an INFJ)

Hey Guys! Happy Thursday!! I just wanted to let y'all know that I am trying to get on a regular posting schedule, hopefully posting once a week. Classes and extra curricular activities have started back, which means my schedule has been quite busy as of late. I will let you guys know when I officially decide what day of the week I will be posting. 😊  Today, I want to talk about the ESTJ. I have a somewhat limited view of this type, as I only know two. One of the two is a teenager and the other is a senior adult, so there are many differences in the way they act. My grandmother, whom I am very close to, is an ESTJ. Here are a few things I love about the ESTJ. 1. They are reliable. ESTJs are extremely reliable. I can always count on the ESTJs in my life to remember things and to tell me the truth about a situation. They are very honest also, so you can trust that they will tell you the truth about things, even if it may not be what you want to hear. 2. They are VERY organized...

NaNoWriMo

Hey guys! Sorry that I haven't posted all week. I've been home with a stomach bug 😖. Today I just wanted to say that I am going to participate in my first NaNoWriMo this year! I am really excited.😃 If you are not familiar with NaNoWriMo, here is a quick summary. (This is not a sponsored post). NaNoWriMo takes place in the month of November and stands for National Novel Writing Month. During the month of November, thousands of writers across the country take on the challenge of writing 50,000 words. September and October are the months used for "NaNoWriMo prep". This is where you can figure out your plot line, characters, and overall outline for your novel. The only rules are that you write 50K words in the month of November . You can keep working on a current project, but you have to be sure to write 50,000 words in addition to what you already have. If you didn't write it in November, then it doesn't count.  You can register here:  https://www.nanowrimo...

How I feel about the ENTP (as an INFJ)

Hey y'all! Today I will be talking about the ENTP personality type. I have a few friends with this type. I am really looking forward to talking about them. There are many things I love about this type and here are a few of them. 1. They are charismatic.  ENTPs are very witty and definitely know how to charm people. They are very good with people and are truly able to hold a crowd. They can be very captivating, which comes in handy while speaking to or with large groups of people. 2. They are very energetic. The ENTPs I know are always full of energy and are super hyper. Their Ne shoots off into a firework of adrenaline when they are faced with things that interest them.  ENTP weaknesses that I personally find difficult to deal with 1. They can be very self absorbed at times As much as I love the ENTP, this bothers me very much. They tend to get wrapped up in themselves and what they want, how they feel, from time to time. They can become very very focused on themselv...
